The Elevator Group scored big at the 2009 Next Generation Indie Book Awards, given by the Independent Book Publishers Group in May 2009.   A Christian Woman's Journal to Weight Loss by Patricia Thomas was named a finalist in three categories:  1) Spirituality, 2) Inspirational, and 3) Motivational.   Land Mines, by Sheilah Vance, was named a finaist in two categories:  1) Multicultural Fiction, and 2) Best Cover Design Fiction.
